Let me tell you about 2 people in life. 

There names were victim and warrior.

Both suffered a catastrophic stroke,

Both were plunged into the valley of utter despair and darkness.

But

Victim stayed in the valley of darkness hating his life wishing stroke would have killed him, but warrior chose to be deeply grateful for his life and chose  to climb out of the valley of darkness to the highest mountain peak where the sun shines bright and kissed his face with the energy of the sun's warmth!

We are still alive! Choose to be grateful!

Climbing out of the valley of darkness will be the hardest task a human can take! 
But the warmth of the sun sun is worth every hard step you'll take!
